2026.7 · Standards Mapping

Coverage view shows which standards have no evidence attached

The mapping screen now leads with coverage rather than with the standard list. Empty standards sort to the top and carry an estimate of how long the missing evidence takes to produce.

  • Coverage percentage per standard, recalculated on upload
  • Gap list sorted by lead time rather than by standard number
  • A single artifact can now be linked to any number of criteria

2026.6 · Credentialing

Qualification status recalculates the moment a CV is replaced

Classifications used to update on a nightly pass. They now update as soon as the underlying document changes, so the ratio you see is the ratio that is true.

  • Live recalculation on CV replacement
  • Threshold warnings when a program approaches its floor
  • Overrides now require a recorded reason

2026.5 · Report Drafting

Section drafts arrive with citations to the artifact behind every claim

Every factual sentence in a generated draft now links to the file and date it came from. Claims with no supporting evidence are rendered as visible placeholders instead of prose.

  • Inline citations on generated sections
  • Placeholders marked in the document rather than silently omitted
  • Drafts follow the structure of a previous self-study when one is uploaded

2026.4 · Faculty Tracker

Reminders name the specific missing item

Bulk reminders are gone. A reminder now goes only to people with something outstanding and lists what they owe, with a direct link to the upload page.

  • Per person reminder drafts you review before sending
  • Faculty who have already submitted are excluded automatically
  • Send history recorded against each faculty member

2026.3 · Evidence Vault

Stale and duplicate files are flagged on upload

The Vault now knows the date range of your review window. Files older than the window, and files that duplicate an existing record, are surfaced before they reach a reviewer.

  • Review window set per cycle
  • Duplicate detection across different filenames
  • Prior versions retained on replacement
