The Vault holds the files your review will ask for and remembers where each one came from. No shared drive archaeology, no guessing which syllabus was the real one.
What it does
Filed against the person who owns it
Uploads attach to a faculty member, a course, or a program. When a reviewer asks who supplied a document, the answer is already recorded.
Versions kept, never overwritten
Replacing a file keeps the old one. You can show what the record looked like at any point in the cycle, which matters when a standard asks about a specific term.
Stale and duplicate files flagged
The Vault knows the date range your review covers. Anything older than the window, or uploaded twice under different names, gets surfaced before it reaches a reviewer.
