Accessibility
What we build toward, where we currently fall short, and how to tell us.
Our target
We build against WCAG 2.2 at level AA. That is the target for both this website and the product. Institutions frequently have to meet this bar, and a tool that makes that harder is not much use to them.
What is in place
- Keyboard access to every interactive control, with a visible focus indicator
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields
- Text contrast that meets AA on both light and dark surfaces
- Motion that respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system
- Layouts that reflow to narrow screens and to 200 percent zoom without loss of content
Where we know we fall short
Being specific is more useful than claiming full conformance, so here is the honest list.
- Decorative gradient surfaces are marked as decorative but have not been reviewed by a screen reader user end to end
- Some product tables are dense and are easier to use with a pointer than with a keyboard alone
- We have not completed an independent third party audit, so this page reflects our own testing
Tell us what breaks
If something is hard or impossible to use, tell us through the contact page and describe what you were trying to do and what assistive technology you use. Accessibility reports go to the top of the queue, and we will tell you what we are going to do and roughly when.

If you need content from this site in another format, ask and we will produce it. There is no charge for that.
