What it does
Comments attached to text, not to email
Feedback sits beside the sentence it concerns. Resolving a comment records who resolved it and when.
Section owners and due dates
Each section has a person responsible and a date. The dashboard shows which sections are behind without anyone chasing.
Locking that means something
An approved section is frozen. Reopening it is possible, is deliberate, and is logged.
